Relief

Relief is an app that allows natural disaster victims to geolocate disaster events and coordinate relief efforts within the app.

We set out to solve this problem because many people want to help when disaster events occur but do not always know what to give. We used Firebase in tandem with GeoFire to handle the backend and geolocation services. Apple Mapkit and CoreLocation were used for the main map and implementing the users current location.

Challenge Bomber

Challenge Bomber is a fun game that that allows users to send timed challenges to other users in the app. Users can swipe through their Challenges and either accept, decline, or wait for another day to tackle the challenge.

I set out to build this app to learn more about some frameworks I was interested in.  I learned more about UIKit, Firebase as well as the Model-View-Controller software architecture pattern, project planning and implementation, app store submission, and app store optimization.
